Firstly, declare a game.

Nothing will happen until someone says something.

Declare the game, and it's intended result. A game is when something which is now not is more important than something which now is.

Invite people to play. After all, in a game, you need players.

Invite people to say their intentions ie the result of the game.

Keep score. After all, in a game there is a score. And let the team know the score on a regular basis.

Have fun.

Love.

Transformation is a conversation for transformation. So you are only transformed as long as you are in a conversation for transformation. And when you are no longer in a conversation for transformation, then you are no longer transformed.

Know what I would like to do? I would like to enroll Osama bin Laden and his family, Mullah Omar and his family, Saddam Hussein and his family (as well as George Bush and his family) into a game of transformation.

That would be something, wouldn't it?

Imagine the possibilities.
