What's required of you - uncoerced, of your own volition - is to do what you said you would do. Nothing less than being your word in the matter is acceptable on this team, and in here you will be held accountable for being your word.
I want to let you in on the best kept secret about assisting the Landmark Forum While your promise is that you will be your word in the matter, you will get more out of assisting than you put in. To realize that, do not do things your way in here. To assist on this team requires that you discover how to do things the team's way. While that may or not be the same way as your way, there is an opportunity in here for you to uncover what it takes to operate seamlessly as team.
You will make a contribution in here (the possibilities of which are literally endless) and you will also get more out of leaving your way at home and discovering, instead, the team's way than you can now possibly imagine.
