Hello!

I'm Laurence.

It is a privilege for me to thank you and to welcome you and to congratulate you for being a coach for the ILP of November 2001 in South Africa/

The ILP is really the engine room where we generate power, enrollment, and registration into the Landmark Forum in South Africa.

Having participated in this work for 23 years, I have had many occasions to investigate why we have an enrollment conversation and why we have a registration conversation at all. For me, they are both opportunities to play with and to grapple with who I really am as sharing and intimacy. Enrollment is an opportunity for me to grant another the possibility of being touched, moved, and inspired by this work, and by my Self-expression. Registration is an opportunity for another to experience the possibility of the Landmark Forum.

As a coach for the ILP, your job is to support the participants in revealing how they can effectively express the opportunity of the Landmark Forum. Your job is also to be a committed listener for them when they have considerations, doubts, resistances, successes, and breakthroughs. By declaring yourself to be a coach, you are saying that you are willing to be a stand for nothing less than greatness in people so that they are empowered to share this work - independent of you, yet in concert with you.

Please know that I experience you agreeing to be accountable to be a coach for the ILP as a very personal gift. I love that you and I can play together in this way, and I thank you for inventing a possibility for the future that calls on you to generously and wholeheartedly participate in the transformation of peoples' lives.

Thank You for being here. We have work to do. Let's get started.

I Love You.
