with Lama Lobsang Tsering

Six Tibetan Buddhist monks from the Dalai Lama's Gyudmed monastery near the village of Hunsur in South India were touring the United States. They visited the Napa Valley in California where I live. I had the good fortune to be with them on various occasions listening to their message of compassion for all sentient beings.

This photograph is of me with Lama Lobsang Tsering, one of the monks. We're talking about paths to enlightenment.

Lama Lobsang Tsering is saying some of his fellow monks are put on what he calls a "fast path" to enlightenment  by the Dalai Lama. This means they'll become enlightened after only  three reincarnated lifetimes.

I'm sharing with Lama Lobsang Tsering the possibility of Werner Erhard's work as a path to enlightenment which takes only three days.

He is touched, moved, inspired, and enrolled. He doesn't register.

That's OK with me.
